Jersey milk is prized for its exceptional butterfat and cream content — the reason our butter and ghee are so rich. The Friesian brings high daily yield, keeping our supply consistent year-round. Together, raised on CO3 grass and corn silage in the Kandy highlands, they produce the full-cream milk behind every Alpha Dairy product.
Saanen is the world's highest-yielding dairy goat breed — and ours are bred to that standard. Our flock is built on imported semen from top genetic lines, with animals carefully selected for both superior milk output and premium meat quality. The result is a naturally lower-lactose milk with a clean, distinctive flavour unlike anything from the supermarket.
